WayneTech Tory offers the Level 12 PvP Mission, Diamonds are For Everyone, outside the GCPD 12th Precinct in Gotham City. She is also a Vendor NPC only available for hero characters if the mission is successfully completed.
A scientist from WayneTech, Tory informs the New Heroes of Mister Freeze's attempt to steal WayneTech diamonds from Gotham's One Gotham Center and attempts to recruit the heroes to retrieve them before the New Villains do.
