- Location: In the hall where you fight the System Hacker on the far tube under the ceiling near the wall.
- Briefing: Lois Lane: "This is Lois Lane with Daily Planet Live on the formation of the new Justice League Watchtower, in satellite orbit above the Earth. The new and improved Watchtower was designed to provide a meeting and training ground for the new generation of heroes. Funding was provided by Wayne Enterprises, Queen Industries, and the legacy of Ted Kord."
Part 2: Watchtower Containment: Vicki Vale[]

- Location: In the large hall before you advance to Prince Ulgo left on top of the second energy field cell, the with the console facing towards Prince Ulgo's hall.
- Briefing: Vicki Vale: "I'm Vicki Vale and this is JLA Watch! on Hawkman and Hawkgirl. These two warriors wear gear designed on Thanagar, made of a fabulous Nth metal that bestows strength, endurance, and flight. When not fighting with the JSA, Hawkman also heads the Justice League's arena training, enabling heroes to take the fight directly to contested battlegrounds."
Part 3: Watchtower Containment: Booster Gold[]

- Location: In the hall where you fight Prince Ulgo near the near right corner behind a container.
- Briefing: Booster Gold: "Oracle! Hey! Booster Gold. I think this is the right number... anyway, give me a call. I'm seeing definite merchandising opportunities with this whole Watchtower thing. I'm seeing hoodies, hats, even - wait for it - a sports drink! Something with the word Boost in it. Call me, this could be big."
Part 4: Watchtower Containment: Sarah Charles[]

- Location: In the large hall next after you free Hawkman and Hawkgirl in the near corner left to the entrance on the basement level behind a column.
- Briefing: Sarah Charles: "This is Doctor Sarah Charles at STAR Labs. Our remote analysis alarms were triggered by some sort of interference in your main core. I'm assuming it's some sort of tech glitch on our side? The readings are very subtle, but I wanted to bring it to your attention. Thanks."
