Vending Unit 00 is a vendor for Heroes in the Aquacultural Area of the Watchtower.
It is a Iconic Style Vendor, who was introduced with Game Update 47 to allow players above level 30 to complete Theme Styles Feats of Iconic Battle Suits from low and mid tiers no longer relevant to them. It features styles from the classic game as well as from some episodes.
The vendor will only offer style items missing to the player, e.g. if you have completed the Kryptonian Commander style set, you will not see any of its pieces in the vendor list.

All style items cost $250 Cash and 10 Source Marks, which is cheaper than most original Iconic Battle Suit pieces (with the set's style) purchased with Marks, with a few exceptions (e.g. Shepherd of Adara's actual feet and hands items only cost 8 Marks).
Styles from episodes can be bought by free players during all episode free to play events.
