The Ultimate Recruitment Event is a special limited time event. If a player creates a new character during the event, levels them up to level 30, and completes the final mentor mission without using level or CR skips, they are given rewards that are mostly account bound and can be claimed on one character of your choosing,. Rewards noted as "Fully Reclaimable" can be claimed across all characters on the player's account.

- All players gain an additional character slot for free.
- The Awakening, the tutorial, can be skipped safely.
- The DCUO Ladder and Level pages are helpful for players looking to level up their character fast.
- Players must complete the mission The Justice League (heroes) / The Secret Society (villains).
- Players should focus on the Main Missions series - while doing them alone may not get you to level 30, you need to complete all the Main Missions series (around 15 of them) in sequence and you need to complete the level 29 one before the final mission series (culminating in The Justice League / The Secret Society) will start, even if you are already at level 30.
