I'm sorry but Water is not an uncomfirmed powerset, it was never hinted. Nor promoted. Not even once. What's more is that Mepps (DCUO representative on the DCUO official forums) has stated more than once that a Water powerset (like an Air powerset and using a Whip as a weapon) is not possible at this current time. Whatever abilities that Aquaman or the Atlanteans are using we must, for now group it with magic. Also, to say something of a Water powerset implies that water is being manipulated, which Aquaman cannot do.
Overall Water has been comfirmed to not be around for quite some time and the same goes for Air and a whip as a weapon.
