While this is an in depth description of the update, it seems not all of these changes have actually been made. Two prime examples are the maxium on marks of triumph is currently at 65,500 while these update states the max has been increased to 175,000. Second there were supposed to be synthetic type 5 expert mods available in both PvE and PvP vendors, yet currently there is no PvE vendor that sells them. What happened here?
