The Superpowered Villainess is an Exobyte enhanced New Villain. Once an ordinary citizen until Future Lex Luthor unleashed a wave of Exobytes upon the Earth, she now works with the Secret Society of Super-Villains to fight for her own interests.

- Superpowered Villainesses appear in the Gorilla Island alert for villain players. Having being captured by Ultra-Humanite, players must free them as they progress through the alien ship.
