'Part 2: Jack Ryder'	"Ground level between two small apartment (?) buildings. Just south of E.M.H.
'Part 3: Vicki Vale'	At Ellsworth Memorial Hospital (E.M.H.) backside (north side), directly next to/below Hospital Sign (White cross in Blue circle). If you have the Flight travel power, there it is right next to (almost on top of) a race start point.
'Part 4: Booster Gold'	Patio Level of building located Northwest of E.M.H. Look for the pedestrian bridge; it's on the south-side patio, right up against the building under an overhang.
'Part 5: Circe'	Patio Level (one up from ground) of building. Near Gluttony Questline (for Heroes), West of Race Start for Fastest Man Devolved (Mutliplayer race). SouthEast of E.M.H. The building is on the opposide side of the street to a Centennial Park entrance.
'Part 6: Wonder Woman'	Rooftop of Brown building with solar panels on the roof, near satellite. Near Greed Questline for Heroes, Located SouthWest of E.M.H.

Upon completion of this collection players receive a message from Vicki Vale, accessible from any Mail Terminal.

"JLA Watch News Brief: Raven and the Titans withdrew with considerable less fanfaire than normally marks their departures after a stunning attack on Midtown's Ellsworth General Hospital earlier today. Sources close to the group indicate though they succeeded today, it came at a heavy cost. I'm Vicki Vale."
