Saving the Souls of the Students is a side quest in the 'Til Death do Us Part story arc missions. Finishing it is required in order to get the Phoenix Initiate feat which worth 25 Points.
This Side Quest takes place at the Gotham University around level 26. The objective of the mission is to save the student captured by Faust's followers as a zombie. Getting turned into a zombie by Etrigan is part of your main quest. This quest is automatically given to you after you finish the Hot Dog Zombie side mission which was given to you by the Zombie Boy standing next to Etrigan the Demon.
