Safe Houses are locations with the specific purpose of serving as a safe haven for players where they can not be attacked by players, NPCs, or environment objects. The entrances of Safe Houses are guarded by Bouncers that would knock back players of the opposing morality.
A safe house provides low-level vendors, mailboxes, Teleporters to other safe houses and the House of Legends, and hosts the beginning missions for a storyline.
