Punchline: Episode IV (Briefings)

Punchline: Episode IV is an Episode Briefing. The first five parts can be found in T.O. Morrow's Hideout (a Mentor Specific Instance requiring Batman (Heroes) or Joker (Villains)). The last three parts can be found in Gotham S.T.A.R. Labs. The Labs, when accessed from the open world, requires the same two mentors as the Hideout. However, Labs instance can alternatively be accessed via the T2 Duo called STAR Labs Satellite. In either case, heroes will find the last three parts in the Undisclosed Location portion of the instance, while Villains will find them in the Arkham Asylum portion.

The Ventriloquist, in his criminal empire. Wesker's dissociative identity disorder allowed him to create and maintain the alternate persona 'Scarface', resulting in a ventriloquist's dummy running a criminal empire.' *To himself* Clowns?
