Oolong Island is a GlobalBriefing that can be found on Oolong Island during the Alert of the same name. There are ten parts that comprise this briefing, spread out across the entire island.
Note: The island is comprised of a series of buildings. The buildings do not actually have in-game names but are ordered in this guide based on the order they are approached in the alert. The buildings are referred to as complexes, numbered 1 to 5. e.g.: Complex 5 is the last building you encounter in the normal progress of the alert, which houses Chang Tzu.
Location: In the rocky portion where the ground explode beneath you. The node is South of the exit, on a puddle.
Briefing: Ira Quimby: "Ira Quimby's journal. Gotta admit, Doc Magnus's responsometer is total genius. It allows the base personality of matter to come to life! Now that we just gotta keep it away from the nutjob T.O. Morrow. I think his mind snapped when Red Tornado ran off and joined the Justice League. I'm used to working with sick personalities, but that guy? He gives me the creeps."
Location: Roof to the left of the entrance to T.O. Morrow's lab.
Briefing: Amanda Waller: "Amanda Waller to Oolong "President" Veronica Cale. I am still awaiting your response on what exactly has happened to The Four Horsemen project. Namely, Yurrd the Unknown, Rogga of the Seven Atrocities, Zorrm the Desolate, and Azraeuz the Silent King of Death. Since they were created in YOUR Island, I advise you to answer soon, before the diplomatic relations become... strained."
Location: Over the cliffs on the east side, underneath a palm tree next to a rock.
Briefing: Jack Ryder: "I am Jack Ryder, and YOU ARE WRONG! Why? Because Apokolips isn't just an evil planet out in space. It's spawning here on Earth! Just look at Chang Tzu. He's a talking egg, people. On legs. A WALKING TALKING GENIUS APOKOLIPTIAN EGG. ON LEGS. Think there's a sweet baby chicken inside that thing? Hate to tell you, friend, but - YOU ARE WRONG!"
Location: On the boat on the East side of the docks.
Briefing: Lois Lane: "This is Lois Lane at Daily Planet Live. Veronica Cale, president of the small island nation of Oolong, stated that her nation of scientific geniuses is now taking bids for their next project. Oolong stated goal is to allow their population of self-described "mad geniuses" free reign to break the boundaries of science. Given Oolong's past history, the world community remains in alert for disaster."
Location: Roof to the right of the entrance of the building.
Briefing: Batman: "Batman, recording XX-IV-9. The WayneTech force-fueled injector may actually increase the Batmobile's top speed by a factor of five. Unfortunately...even the Batmobile's reinforce housing can't sustain the pressure from those speeds. Project sidelined until an infused metal structure can be found."
Location: On top of closed door on the North side of the large mountain southwest from the Primary Manufacturing building.
Briefing: Circe: "*sweetly* What do you call this device? A - magic transcriptor? To record my every word? *suddenly changing tone to cold menace* Fool! I have slaves to note my every utterance for eternity! But since you wish to serve me, I have a far more suitable role for you. *magic zap, then a braying Bestiamorph sound as the scientist is transformed* There. A role far more fitting to your skills and... intellect."
Location: Middle of the hill between the Prototyping Facility and Chang Tzu's Personal Lab.
Briefing: Lex Luthor: "Lex to TO Morrow. My patience is at an end. This artificial kryptonite is a pale imitation of the original. May I remind you we are looking for substance that can cripple or even kill the Man of Steel? This won't even make him queasy. I suggest you live up to your reputation, Morrow, and produce the kryptonite of the future.. or you may just miss out on your own."
Location: West of entrance to Chang Tzu's lab, underneath pipes on the corner.
Briefing: LOIS: "Superman, if the Daily Planet could just get a word -" / SUPERMAN: "Miss Lane, I'm afraid I can't comment on Oolong Island's involvement with the Four Horsemen that devastated Kahndaq. I'm sure our international tribunal and Checkmate will soon get to the bottom of it... and the proper people will be called to account. Now if you'll excuse me --" / LOIS: "Superman, wait, what about -- *tape cuts off*"
Location: On the ground by the rocks on the beach, to the West from the end of the bridge.
Briefing: Wonder Woman: "I, Princess Diana, gift my sister, Amazon Artemis, with this Orb of Athena as reward for her skills in tournament this day. For her prowess with a blade, for her courage under attack, for her daring in assaulting the enemy, we all salute you."
