Neron is a fallen angel of hell who enhanced dozens of supervillains in exchange for their immortal souls and in doing so granted them with heightened prowess. In the game, he was first mentioned in the Lightning Strikes episode, while his first in-person appearance happened in The Sins of Black Adam episode.

• The deal between Neron and Abra Kadabra is mentioned in the Dexter Myles' Audio Tour briefing collection.

Tides of War Summer Event (2012-)

• Ocean Master mentions his deal with Neron during the battle in the Atlantean Outpost instance.

Homecoming Event (2022-)

• During the Homecoming: Party at Titans Tower alert, there's a chance that players listen to Raven mentioning Neron to one of the Tamaranean invaders: "I know you've got no reason to trust me, but don't light that candle, we do not need to add Neron into the mix, no no no!"

Episode 44: The Sins of Black Adam (2022)

Neron is the main antagonist of the episode.

• Neron is the final boss in the SoBA: The Treachery of Black Adam challenge.
• Neron is the final boss in the SoBA: Neron's Underworld raid.
• The Underworld Uncharnelled collection, which drops in Infernal Kahndaq, is comprised by a list of Neron's tools of deception. Upon completion, players receive a mail from the demon with a reward.

Light and Rain (2025-2026)

Neron is the antagonist behind the events of the first chapter, Day of Reckoning.

• He makes a brief appearance in DoR: Desecrated Mausoleum when John Constantine summoned the culprit with a demonic ritual.
• Neron was the final boss in DoR Flashback: Neron's Underworld, which was simply a scaled-up version of SoBA: Neron's Underworld available only during the chapter's release window.
• Neron later appears as an open world boss at the Kaznia City castle courtyard in the "Day of Reckoning: Aftershock" update.
