Walkthrough[]

Card Game[]

The objective of this game is to make the existing four cards disappear to win the hand. There is a book on a pedestal at the bottom right corner of the board that can be interacted with to learn the rules. The game is started by talking to The Batman Who Laughs, which opens a purple portal on the left side of the area. 4 players should enter there to fetch three cards, presumably a majority of damage players. Fetched cards will appear standing up at the energy barrier and can then be placed on the playing field by one of the remaining players. The team outside would also be assailed by hordes of Dark Robins, and their attacks would interrupt attempts to pick up and place the fetched cards.

Each card has arrows which stand for an attack direction, e.g. the Wonder Woman card can only attack downwards while the Nightwing card can attack upwards and to the right. Attacking another card which has no counter-arrow at the attack direction always allows you to beat it. The strength of the card comes into play when you attack in a direction where you encounter counter-arrows:

Batman Who Laughs -> Superman -> Wonder Woman -> Batman -> Hawkgirl -> Nightwing -> Robin

Attacking a card with a counter-arrow will only be successful if the attacking card is stronger than the attacked card. When one of Batman Who Laughs' card is beaten, it disappears, allowing you to place another card where it was if necessary (but your own winning card would remain).

Card game

Note that The Batman Who Laughs' cards can only counter-attack, not attack - e.g. here, the player's Superman card can be used to beat Laughs' card above it, without worrying about Laughs' Batman card to the left.

Attack Directions

  • Superman Card: Up
  • Wonder Woman Card: Down
  • Batman Card: Right
  • Hawkgirl Card: Up and Down
  • Nightwing Card: Up and Right
  • Robin Card: Left and Down

Analyze the card deck and then tell the players who went through the portal which cards you need and in which order. At least 1 card chosen needs to be capable of eliminating 2 opposing cards at the same time (Hawkgirl, Nightwing or Robin). If you lose the game, Batman takes damage. Losing 3 times in a row will KO him and instantly KO your whole team. Upon losing a game, the board will reset and may change to a different setup - but there seems to only be a few possible setups.

Into the Dark Multiverse (2)

Note that this is an old image, prior The Batman Who Laughs' card being changed to black and white in an update to make them more distinguishable. (Click to enlarge the image)

Example:

  1. Use Wonder Woman on position 4 to beat Hawkgirl on position 7
  2. Use Batman on position 7 to beat Superman on position 8
  3. Use Nightwing on position 8 to beat Batman on position 5 and Hawkgirl on position 9

Beat the card game 3 times, and you win.

In the elite version of the raid players getting the cards from the pocket dimension must defeat the Unstable Energy as soon as possible since there is a timer. If the Unstable Energy is not defeated in due time, all players in the pocket dimension will be knocked out.

Forgemaster Hawkman[]

To avoid Forgemaster Hawkman's Ground Pound attack (it ignores Shield Powers), players would need to hide behind the rocks when he starts moving toward the center. The tank should taunt Hawkman away from the rocks so they would be safe from being destroyed. Forge Embers slowly roam around the area, dealing AoE Damage to anyone nearby.

In elite, you need to avoid Forge Embers, by constantly moving/jumping around since those are lethal.

Barbatos[]

Dark Spirits are found at the edges of the arena, they are immobile but would use a dark beam that prevents ability use.

First, you need to carry Tenth Metal (metallic balls) to Hawkman. Then, he would forge it into armor and 5 players must interact with it to don it. Barbatos summons the Dark Knights, who can only be attacked after a player in Tenth Metal interacts with them.

Barbatos cannot be defeated normally (his health will constantly replenish when near depletion). Once you are prompted to stand in a circle, a Focusing Point appears and he needs to be lured to it. Then, the players in Tenth Metal needs to stand in a small circle around him (indicated by more points), and he will be defeated.

Trivia[]

Tenth Metal material

A player equipped with Tenth Metal.

  • Some of the cards are based on tarot cards:
    • Superman - The Magician
    • Batman - The Hermit
    • Hawkgirl - The Lovers
    • Nightwing - Justice
    • Robin - The Chariot
    • Incidentally, Zatanna in the Injustice: Gods Among Us mobile game can summon tarot cards, and one of them is The Hermit with Batman on it.
  • Equipping the Tenth Metal cosmetically changes your character temporarily into a cosmic palette. The effect is similar to that of a material, except that Tenth Metal not only changes the colour texture of your gear and hair, but the entirety of the body and even emblems as well. Inversely, Tenth Metal preserves the patterns on certain items (Heart of The Predator back) where materials will turn them into a solid color. It also changes the body to a simpler, smoother model.
