Main Observation Deck

Located at the southern portion of the map, the Main Observation Deck is the House of Legends' and the DCUO's main hub. The most relevant vendors and amenities be found here.

The Main Observation Deck also works as the main hub for the Save the Universe event.

In-Game History

Iconic characters from across the multiverse can be found in Main Observation Deck selling relevant items. The types of vendors are:

• Affinity Mod Vendor: located on the Upper Eastern section, Captain Atom sells generator mods that are activated by wearing elite gear.
• Allies Vendor: located on the Upper Eastern section, Cyborg sells allies and alliance catalysts, also serving as the task giver for the Call For Allies introductory mission.
• Artifact Vendor: located on the Upper Western section, John Constantine sells artifacts and catalysts, also serving as the task giver for the Artifacts introductory mission.
• Daily Reward Vendor: located on the Mid Eastern section, Doctor Fate sells various goods for Fate Tokens and Destiny Tokens earned via Daily Rewards.
• Emote Vendor: located on the Mid Western section, Plastic Man sells emotes.
• Story Arc Vendor: located on the Mid Western section, Catwoman sells items related to the latest DLCs.
• Harbinger: located on the Mid Western section, the functional Harbinger terminal unlocks tier-related instances for players with compatible combat rating levels.
• Loyality Vendor: located on the Mid Eastern section, Vandal Savage acts as the Marketplace for console players.
• Multiverse Tier Vendor: located at the center of the Deck, Tempus Fuginaut sells high level gear that helps players advance their combat rating levels faster.
• Pet Vendor: located on the Mid Eastern section, Chang Tzu sells combat pets.
• Quark Vendor: located on the Mid Western section, Booster Gold sells quarks and rewards granted in previous Time Capsules.
• R&D Vendor: located on the Upper Western section, The Atom sells Research & Development related items.
• Save the Universe Vendor: located on the Upper Western section, Rip Hunter is the vendor operating during Save the Universe event.

The Main Observation Deck features the following amenities:

• Bank: 2 kiosks located on the Lower Southern section.
• Broker: 2 kiosks located on the Lower Southern section.
• Donation Box: 1 kiosk located on the Upper Western section.
• Mailbox: 2 kiosks located on the Lower Southern section.
• Orrery of Worlds: located at the center of the Deck, is a teleporter can be used to access all open-world zones from all Episodes and Chapters.
• R&D Station: 1 kiosk located at Upper Western section.
• Rewards from Time and Space: 1 kiosk vendor located on the Mid Western section.
• Time Sphere: 1 mission task-giver kiosk for the Save the Universe event mission.
• Skeets Repairs: 1 general vendor kiosk located on the Mid Western section.
• "To Archive of Victory": a teleport at southwest leading to the homonymous area in the House of Legends.
• "To Training Room": a teleport at southwest leading to the homonymous area in the House of Legends.

Additionally, Steve Trevor, located Upper Eastern section, is the task giver for the A.R.G.U.S. On Duty introductory mission. He also distributes rewards for players who complete the Omnibus: Weekly Solos or Duos, the Omnibus: Weekly Alert, and Omnibus: Weekly Raid missions.
