Loading Screens are used by DCUO much like in any other game, while teleporting between locations or while loading an instance.
DCUO loading screens show iconic characters and locations from the DC universe.
Game update 35 introduced in-game tips, which randomly appear on load screens as well as in the chat area.

- It is possible to initiate a loading screen by teleporting, then is redirected to an Instance by an On Duty queue before the teleport finishes. In this case only one loading screen would appear.
