Notes

A Doom stack is applied at the beginning of the Finisher - meaning it will still count towards Impeding Doom even if the Finisher was interrupted, or the Finisher itself brought the target under 35% health.

Application of Doom stacks ignore body blocking or line-of-sight - they are still applied on your target even if the damage is fully intercepted by a different mob blocking the way or blocked by a wall.
