They appear in the Central City Starro Deluge Zone during the Starro the Conqueror event and can be found mainly to the left side of the Flash Museum.

Starro have one basic melee and range attack. They are able to lunge and also can block with their arms.
Their main attack is the Starro Beam.
They also might start spinning Whirlwind Attacks from time to time.

In the Starro: The Threat Below raid getting in contact with Juvenile Starro is the reason for becoming mind-controlled. Avoid contact with them by strategic positioning.
