Main Observation Deck with the Orrery of Worlds
The House of Legends is headquarters to Heroes and Villains alike and was introduced with the House of Legends episode.
Players gain access to the House of Legends (along with Watchtower/Hall of Doom depending on alignment) upon completion of The Awakening (the tutorial) and the follow up mission, which is specific to alignment and origin.
All vendor gear and items as well as amenities previously merely found in the Watchtower and the Hall of Doom can also be found in the House of Legends. It also has a number of unique features, including the centerpiece, Orrery of Worlds, allowing travel to every episode's open-world zone.
In-Game History[]
Located in the Bleed (the limbo between worlds), the House of Legends is the Monitor's satellite where he decided to reunite both heroes and villains from all the multiverse to face its ultimate threat. During the Call for Allies mission, it is revealed that the threat goes by the name of Perpetua.
The satellite is run by the Harbinger A.I., and it's inhabited by various iconic heroes and villains introduced in past episodes.

Trivia[]
- Before the introduction of the House of Legends, heroes and villains didn't share headquarters or safehouses, but players of both factions have always been able to confraternize in open-world zones, and cross-faction gameplay is allowed via Task Force X/Suicide Squad in PvP content since game update 14, while the PvE version of the feature was introduced in game update 54.
- The House of Legends is inspired by the Monitor's House of Heroes in the comics. The name and concept of "Legends" encompassing both heroes and villains is borrowed from the DC's Legends of Tomorrow TV series - which, in turn, borrows elements from the Monitor's lore to its iteration of Rip Hunter and his ship.
- During events, the Foyer gets populated with the seasonal hero and villain taskmasters.
- Game update 120 added the Living Quarters area.
- Players can pick Archive of Victory or Living Quarters as an entrance to their Lair, no matter what the Lair's theme is.
