Hellspore Convoy is a weekly mission for heroes and villains given by Black Canary in Apokoliptic Gotham City.
Intro[]
(Weekly) Hellspores are being produced at the Clocktower in Apokoliptic Gotham City and then sent to Darkseid's stockpile in Apokolips. Let's not find out what he intends to do with them. Instead, intercept Hellspore Convoys as they leave the Clocktower and before they can be sent to Apokolips!

Walkthrough[]
The convoys always start west of the clocktower, and go on a fixed path towards northwest, disappearing through a boom tube east of the massive Apokoliptic structure in the northwest corner of the map.
Destroying one Convoy Transport carrying a hellspore is sufficient to complete the mission. The Convoy Transport cannot attack, nor can it be attacked at first. Players must kill the mobs following it to deactivate its red shield before it can be damaged. Normally, it takes about 3 minutes for the Convoy Transport to reach its destination; it disappears when it reaches the boom tube. Then, it takes about 4 minutes for a new convoy to appear at the starting point.
The easiest way to complete this mission is to intercept the convoy the moment it appears; players can knock/pull (e.g. with Engulf or Mesmerizing Lasso) the mobs into the Pool of Lava immediately east of the spawning location, which traps them, deals massive damage and kills them in seconds (take care not to fall in yourself as it will KO you too). This is easiest to do with flight. Even if you cannot damage the Convoy Transport fast enough to destroy it before it leaves, killing all mobs gives 26 credit towards the mission (out of 100), so it takes 4 times to complete the mission.
As the Convoy Transport has unit collision with players, it is possible to stall it significantly simply by standing in its way and gaining more time to take out the convoy and destroy the Transport. By standing in the middle of the boom tube, players can prevent it from leaving indefinitely.
Orbital Strike Uplink Device is very effective on the Convoy Transport as it is slow-moving, and can deal more than 6 million damage to it in one use at max tier.
There is an issue where the mobs would sometimes desert the Convoy Transport and run back to their spawn spot, forcing players to go back to kill them to make the Convoy Transport targetable.
