Hearts of Darkness: Episode 2 is an Episode Briefing That can be found in the Chinatown district of Metropolis. There are six parts that comprise this briefing. The first three can only be found in the Chinatown Electronics, a Walk-In instance accessible only for characters mentored by Wonder Woman or Circe; characters of other origins must form a group with a character of magic origin to access the instance.
Location: Second room, behind a pipe in the wall (before the portal).
Briefing: Lois Lane: "This is Lois Lane with Daily Planet Live. Doctor Fate's magic confirms other scientific research that Exobyte canisters can be sorted by content. While each tiny Exobyte contains a mixture of magical, technological, or metahuman information, canisters can clearly be sorted by type. What does this tell us about Brainiac's agenda here on Earth? More as we have it on Daily Planet Live."
Location: In The Guardian's Chamber (Minotaur arena), behind the brazier in front an Antique Defender Carving at the North wall.
Briefing: Jack Ryder: "I am Jack Ryder and you are wrong! Because no mortal man has ever been to the Amazon Island of Themyscira, but the Amazons are ALL over our "Man's world"! Now we've got man-beasts and minotaurs and giant living statues popping out all over the place! Think they'll invite us over to Paradise Island when this is done? YOU ARE WRONG!"
Location: Before entering the Scrying Chamber, face the room then turn around - it's behind a pile of ruble. (Don't enter before collecting the node, the passage will shut once you get in.)
Briefing: Jack Ryder: "I am Jack Ryder, and you are wrong! Why? Because you don't believe that right under this city, maybe even right next door, exist some of the most dangerous occult locations in the world! That's right, friend, they're not in Themyscira. Not in Limbo. Not in the Shadowlands. Circe, Eclipso, Brother Blood - they're setting up shop right here! Don't believe me? YOU ARE WRONG!"
Location: Inside Circe's Throne Room, next to the entrance.
Briefing: Circe: "*ringingly* I AM CIRCE! I AM YOUR GODDESS AND WILL BE OBEYED! Magical Exobytes belong to magic users alone! Heed my will - or become my slave!"
Location: In the room after the first portal, the node is above the entrance, on the top of a column (you can hear it when you go inside).
Briefing: Wonder Woman: "I leave this Orb for all who fight to change destiny! Exobytes carry the powers Brainiac stole from our future. They belong to us all! We must keep them safe - and use them against Brainiac's tyranny!"
