Help the Gotham City Police Department stop T.O. Morrow from shipping dangerous chemical compounds out of Ace Chemicals.

Walkthrough[]
Speak to Special Agent Wellumson[]
Follow the Navigation Diamond (if it's active in Settings > UI) to the north portion of Ace Chemicals. Agent Wellumson is on the middle of street, between two police vehicles. Interact with him and he'll tell you what to do next.
Defeat Ace Lieutenants + Destroy Forklifts[]
Now that you know what to do, go into the Ace Chemicals grounds.
You must defeat 5 of the Lieutenants, the tallest security clowns wearing a dark purple suit. You can find them everywhere in the building.
The forklifts that you need to destroy can be found in a few locations, identified with white dots (if they're on the same level as you) or white arrows (if they're on different levels from you) on your minimap, and with a yellow lightning icon above them in the world, while the objective is active.
Their locations and numbers can only be estimated, as they take a time to respawn:
- 2 forklifts and 5 Ace Lieutenants on the ground level, southwest portion.
- 6 forklifts and 3 Ace Lieutenants on the ground level, southeast portion.
- 2 forklifts and 2 Ace Lieutenants on the ground level (1 of them on the stairs), northeast portion.
- 1 forklift on middle level on southwest.
- 2 forklifts and 1 Ace Lieutenant on the top of the building.
You can destroy them with weapon attacks (only a few superpower moves can destroy environment items). Destroy 8 of them to proceed.
Speak with Special Agent Wellumson[]
Return to Agent Wellumson. Interact with him and so he can tell you that he received a distress call from one of the HAZMAT agents, and ask for you to check on him.
Find Missing HAZMAT Officer[]
There are a few HAZMAT Officers in the area (marked with a white dot/arrow in the minimap). They're down and with a gear icons above their heads, which means you need to interact with them. Choose one to proceed.
After the interaction, he's no longer Hazmat Officer, but the giant Experiment 529. Defeat him to finish the mission and return to the Foreman to collect your rewards.
