Rescue Hostages on Third Floor

Go to the top floor, where you'll find Confused Prisoners attacking Prison Guards. When you come near them, the prisoners will tie the guard's hands behind their backs (turning them into Captured Prison Guards), and you'll have a limited amount of time to defeat the enemies nearby and free the guard. Rescue 5 guards to proceed to the next objective.

Recover Device on Second Floor

Go down to the floor below, where you'll find devolved Crazed Prisoners the trapped security guards in chambers attached to the device you have to recover. Break the chamber, defeat the Prisoners and grab the device. You'll get an arrow above your head pointing to one of the upper circles of turrets. Deliver the device to the pointed location before the time runs out to finish the mission.
