H.I.V.E. Master is the new leader of H.I.V.E..
Background[]
The H.I.V.E. Master's plans come to fruition as Beast Boy, Cyborg, Donna Troy, Raven, and Starfire are hooked up to the Enervator and begin feeding him their powers just as Nightwing, Red Robin and Robin arrive to confront him with a group of New Heroes and New Villains behind them.
Involvement[]
- H.I.V.E. Master is the boss of the Titans: The Machine raid, in which players must confront and suppress the villain and his schemes before the volcano within which the base is situated becomes too unstable.
Combat Tips[]
Fight Mechanics[]
- After half of his health is depleted, the H.I.V.E. Master will turn to absorb a powerset from a random Titan imprisoned within the Enervator. While this is occuring, a small group of H.I.V.E. mobs will attack the players, after which H.I.V.E. Master will renew his attack with his new powerset once all of the mobs are defeated.
- After three phases have been defeated, players will receive a brief respite and a partial loot reward before the remaining phases of the battle begins.
- During the battle, after a warning message, H.I.V.E. Bee-Wings will appear and strafe the arena with gunfire.
- Starfire's Powers Phase
- H.I.V.E. Master utilizes Hand Blasters.
- Turrets in the four corners of the room will fire waves of fireballs into the arena.
- Cyborg's Powers Phase
- H.I.V.E. Master utilizes Cyborg's hand cannon and floating mines.
- Beast Boy's Powers Phase
- H.I.V.E. Master utilizes the ability to transform into three beast forms: Gorilla, Hound, Birds.
- Turrets release Enervator Gorilla, Enervator Bird, Enervator Hound mobs into the arena.
- Raven's Powers Phase
- Turrets release waves of Soul-Self tornado vortexes into the arena.
- Donna Troy's Powers Phase
- H.I.V.E. Master utilizes the Mesmerizing Lasso ability.
- Turrets release waves of floating vortexes into the arena that open temporary dark matter holes when touched.
