Synopsis[]

"On this Earth, Richard Grayson's tale is one of tragedy."

Zone: Earth 3: Injustice System
Region: Municipal Building
Location: In the room with Mayor Gordon and his wall of SWAT officers, in the highest side corridor to the right.
Briefing: Mayor Gordon:" The Owlman has informed me our money laundering operation inside C.C Haly's and Norton Bros. Circus has been skimming. I'm a bit surprised since the Flying Graysons have been loyal providers for me for over a decade. Not to mention their talented son has always been ideal leverage. If he really wants the Graysons dead so badly, there must be a reason. One he'd pay through the nose for."

Zone: Earth 3: Injustice System
Region: Municipal Building
Location: After first encountering Mayor Gordon and defeating his guards, head up the stairs and make a right. The briefing will be down the hall to the right in a dead end.
Briefing: Mayor Gordon: "Owlman asked that I cover up the death of the Flying Graysons and the price was to ensure my upcoming re-election this year. If a couple of dead circus folk means I can keep my seat of power, then to hell with them. A little gauche that their kid had to watch his parents die this way but Gotham isn't exactly gay Paris. I wonder why Thomas Wayne Jr. would want to adopt that circus brat..."

Zone: Earth 3: Injustice System
Region: Municipal Building
Location: Where you fight the Judge, Jury, and Executioner, it is in the upper right corridor above the arena.
Briefing: Mayor Gordon: "Owlman has been leaning on me more than ever to hide any evidence of Grayson's adoption by Wayne. It seems it was a cover up so Owlman could take him under his wing. What Owlman has been teaching the kid since Wayne adopted him, I'll never know. But it seems Owlman is grooming a new partner. The last thing I need is another maniac looking for his cut of Gotham. I'm not too worried, though. The kid seems soft to me."

Zone: Earth 3: Injustice System
Region: Municipal Building
Location: After defeating the Judge, Jury, and Executioner, go down the left hall and the first room to the right will be an office. The briefing will be behind the desk.
Briefing: Owlman: "Taking the boy was a wise choice. He will not only make a powerful confidant, but I cannot help but see the incredible similarities to Bruce. He has natural talent, far more talent than Bruce ever did. He's like a sponge, taking in everything I've taught him and adapting it to his strengths. I have hope that this act may ease my loneliness Bruce left with his weakness. I must ensure any similar signs of weakness are purged from the boy."

Zone: Earth 3: Injustice System
Region: Municipal Building
Location: In the final room near Batman and Mayor Gordon behind a coffee table and in between two chairs.
Briefing: Owlman: "Foolish, sanctimonious brat thinks he can deal with my enemies compassionately. He dares criticize my methods? He's as weak as Bruce was... just another coward unable to do what's needed. Why must they all be so weak? Why! Let him go. Let him pay a visit to our crime fighting friend, the Joker now that the clown has completely lost his mind. Whatever scars Richard walks away with do to his unwillingness to kill or be killed will serve as a lesson to him. I refuse to pull his hide from the fire... He will have to learn the hard way no matter what the cost."

Upon completion of this briefing players receive a message from Superman or Lex Luthor, accessible from any Mail Terminal.
