Glutton Citizens are citizens that have been corrupted by the glutton of demons.
They are found together with Minions of Glutton. They turn back into normal citizens once attacked. The player must attack 20 of these in Gluttony.
They are different from Gluttonous Citizens, who are found in the Ellsworth Memorial Hospital, encountered during Trigon's Blood and are level 18.
