- He must be defeated for Mirror Mirror...
- General Tethytus can be found inside the Metro Station Building.

- He is not aggressive to Amazons, but they may be aggressive to him. He will not fight back until the player is near.
- It is possible for the Amazons to kill General Tethytus preventing the completion of Mirror Mirror... if the player didn't attack him yet. If this happens, simply relog to reset the instance, then you can kill him and complete the quest.
