Episode 41: House of Legends[]
New Hub: The House of Legends[]
The Monitor calls all heroes and villains to his House of Legends to train, coordinate, and prepare for a looming multiversal threat. The House of Legends sits in The Bleed, a plane in between universes, where Tempus Fuginau, Harbinger, and others from numerous universes watch over the multiverse.
Look for a wide array of useful and practical tools throughout the House of Legends, including the Orrery of Worlds to teleport you across dimensions, the Training Hall for peacefully practicing your combat skills, the Archives, and more.
- The House of Legends is a new hub or headquarters shared by both factions, an alternative to the Watchtower and the Hall of Doom

- Omnibus Combat Rating requirements have been reorganized into tiers for simplicity and each tier will unlock in full at once
- Player stats will scale to about ten levels higher than NPCs in whichever instance
- Stats from Skill Points, Artifacts, Augments, Leagues, Generator Mods, and certain Movement Mode, Iconic, and Allies abilities will scale proportionally afterwards, which means increasing these will always add power to your character (even in Omnibus content)
- Missions in the Mission Journal have had their Combat Rating/Levels updated to correspond to the new Tiers

Iconic Weapon Styles[]
New rare iconic weapon styles have been added to content. These will drop off MOST versions of the related Iconic in content. - Existing vault tickets can now be used to simulate a vault run, putting vault loot directly into your inventory

- Early End-Game content that spawns in Metropolis and Gotham has been adjusted so that it’s complete-able by players as soon as players are able to get the missions which lead to them

Known Issues[]
- New Feats for equipping Tiered Combat Pets do not indicate that only rare drop versions of these pets count towards the feats. Pets bought from Chang Tzu do not count towards the feats
- The Starheart Sword iconic weapon style is not available in Dual Wield currently
- Tier 3 Allies are unavailable, but will be released at a later date
- There are some rare style items and renown vendor items not currently in the Archive of Victory and we plan on adding these at a future date
- Training dummies can be controlled by DPS. We have a fix coming in soon for this
- Some dialogue vignettes between NPCs take long to repeat
