Forever Evil is a global briefing that can be found in locations of the Earth 3: The Visitor duo and the Earth 3: The Panopticon and Earth 3: The Escape raids. There are five parts that comprise this briefing. It is part of the Earth 3 episode.

Location: Behind a wall, north of the "Return to Last Location" portal in the starting area.

Location: In a corner to the south leading to the final boss area where you fight Ultraman, Owlman, and Superwoman.

Region: Earth 3: The Panopticon
Location: Behind the console to the northwest in the room with TV screens all over the walls and where you fight Johnny Quick.
Briefing: Johnny Quick : "Unknown"

Upon completion of this briefing players receive a message from The Flash or Lex Luthor, accessible from any Mail Terminal.
