- This mission's both versions for villains and heroes apparently negate each other in the end. As the Heroes must solve the paradox created by the villains, the heroes themselves create a paradox in the end the villains must solve, and again in an endless cycle.
- The heroes end up in a Metropolis where Superman is controlled by Luthor using a red kryptonite, making it easy for Luthor to rule Metropolis. The heroes go back to the point in time when Jor-El launched Kal-El's ship and remove the red kryptonite. Future Batman then decides to program an additional goal for Kal-El, to guide Luthor into a path of goodness in his future.
- The villains come to a Metropolis where Luthor is a generous, loyal businessman who works with Superman to make Metropolis a safe place. The villains end up travelling to the point in time when Jor-El launched Kal-El's ship, removing the goal Future Batman programmed to make Luthor a heroe, and putting a piece of red kryptonite in Kal-El's ship.
