This is a highly recommended artifact for endgame in DC Universe Online, especially for DPS, Healers and Tanks.

Notes

Supercharge abilities with a lower cost would be more efficient in activating this artifact.

Rage has Vindictive, which costs a minimum of 2000 Supercharge, but is a toggle.

Movement Modes all have 2 or 3 abilities that costs 2500 Supercharge (Perfect Poise, Devastating Flip, Dustoff, Vacuum Bubble, Metabolic Boost, Speed Drain, Dash Attack).

Pheromone Bloom is the only 2500 Supercharge ability available to absolutely anyone, being from Iconic Powers.

Out of Heart of Isis' new abilities, only ! triggers Eye of Gemini.

Castor's Watch

While not stated in the description, Castor's Watch will restore Supercharge not just to the user, but to all nearby players that are in the user's group. This makes it extremely powerful, especially in experienced endgame content groups with healers or tanks that can afford to spam low-cost Supercharges instead of standard abilities.

At rank 160, and with any 2500 Supercharge abilities, Eye of Gemini would restore 12% Supercharge over 6 seconds upon use, nearly half the abilities' cost. The appropriate Head Equipment Mod, if available, allow it to recover 14.5% Supercharge. Even more Supercharge would be restored if the Power & Supercharge league proficiency is activated or if Scrap of the Soul Cloak is used. 2500 Supercharge abilities can generate more Supercharge than their cost (minding Scrap's 30s internal cooldown).

Pollux's Gaze

Allies and the triggering Supercharge ability itself counts towards Pollux's Gaze's extra damage, but Orbital Strike Uplink Device does not.

Pollux's Gaze hits all targets in range, but the damage is equally divided, not all targets being hit for the full damage (e.g. if Pollux's Gaze recorded 10000 damage during the period and there are 5 targets in range, Pollux's Gaze will deal an extra hit of 400 on each target).
