A Door Lasher is a plant mutation created by Poison Ivy to seal various doorways within the Northeast wing of Arkham Asylum in the Arkham Asylum (Alert) instance.
To pass through these mutations, players must seek out and destroy Lasher Hearts dotted throughout the room. Destroying these hearts will cause the Lasher to die and retract from the doorway.
