Dexter Myles' Audio Tour is a Global Briefing introduced in Lightning Strikes that can be found in various places in Metropolis, Gotham City, and Central City. There are nine parts that comprise this briefing.

"Dexter Myles is the greatest Shakespearean actor of our time and the curator of the Flash Museum. Find out more about the Rogues by finding clips of the Museum Audio Tour."

Part 1: Dexter Myles' Audio Tour: Weather Wizard[]

Zone: Central City
Region: Central City
Location: On Flash Museum's east roof, near the pipes.
Briefing: Dexter Myles: "'Such sheets of fire, such bursts of horrid thunder, such groans of wind and rain!' Weather Wizard is capable of these woes and much more. He's next on our tour, so let's move forward as I describe the blizzard he summoned on a balmy day..."

Part 2: Dexter Myles' Audio Tour: Professor Zoom[]

Zone: Central City
Region: Central City
Location: Next to Flash Museum's south entrance, behind a column.
Briefing: Dexter Myles: "''Something wicked this way comes.' And it comes from the future! Ooo! Our next villain on this tour is Professor Zoom, evil's answer to our hero, the Flash! Obsessed with causing the Scarlet Speedster trouble, he will race through time itself!"

Part 3: Dexter Myles' Audio Tour: Captain Cold[]

Zone: Metropolis
Region: Midtown
Location: 2nd building East of Midtown MPD Station lots of windows & gold/yellow top. At the top, west side of building in between air conditioner and antenna.
Briefing: Dexter Myles: "'Now is the winter of our discontent.' Brrr-rr-rrr! First on our museum tour is Captain Cold. Perhaps one of Flash's most recognizable foes and leader of the infamous Rogues. Do not mistake him for Mister Freeze lest you wish to face the chill of his Absolute-Zero guns."

Part 4: Dexter Myles' Audio Tour: Abra Kadabra[]

Zone: Metropolis
Region: Chinatown
Location: One block North of Mannheim's Chinese Theater. On top of Hotel with blue and red awnings. Between air vent and water tower.
Briefing: Dexter Myles: "'Double, double, toil and trouble' Abra Kadabra will burst your bubble! Originally a technological con-artist from the future, he betrayed his fellow rogues in an effort to gain actual magical powers from the demon Neron ."

Part 5: Dexter Myles' Audio Tour: Heat Wave[]

Zone: Gotham City
Region: Diamond District
Location: Three buildings west of bottled Courthouse. Square building with view of water. At Northwest corner, under arch.
Briefing: Dexter Myles: "'Heat not a furnace for your foe so hot that it do singe yourself.' Next on the tour is Heat Wave, quite the tragic villain. His fascination with fire has burned many...himself included."

Part 6: Dexter Myles' Audio Tour: The Top[]

Zone: Metropolis
Region: Tomorrow District
Location: Science Spire. North side Balcony near top with blue windows.
Briefing: Dexter Myles: "'Better to be eaten to death with rust than to be scoured to nothing with perpetual motion.' I imagine these are words the rogue on our tour would live by! The Top is capable of spinning at speeds so great he can deflect bullets and alter minds."

Part 7: Dexter Myles' Audio Tour: Pied Piper[]

Zone: Gotham City
Region: Burnley
Location: One building west of the Greenhouse in the Giordano Botanical Gardens. On top of building next to southwest tower.
Briefing: Dexter Myles: "'If music be the food of love, play on' good sirs! But our next rogue, the Pied Piper, can turn delightful melodies into dangerous maladies. Born deaf, but later cured, he soon became obsessed with music, creating a flute that can bend even the strongest wills."

Part 8: Dexter Myles' Audio Tour: Trickster[]

Zone: Gotham City
Region: Otisburg
Location: Monarch Playing Card Company. On top of building support at the northwest corner of the building.
Briefing: Dexter Myles: "'Such tricks hath strong imagination.' Take heed the great bard's words for it is too easy to underestimate the Trickster and his dastardly gag-themed gadgets. His cleverness has been causing woes for the Flash for quite a long time."

Part 9: Dexter Myles' Audio Tour: Captain Boomerang[]

Region: East End

Briefing: Dexter Myles: "'There's small choice in rotten apples.' With Captain Boomerang the apple did not fall far from the tree! Both father and son have donned this guise and both are on display!"
