Darkseid, Terror of the Universe is a collection of Investigations that can be found scattered across the Darkseid's War Factory raid. There are 6 parts that comprise this set.

Darkseid's plan to tap into the Source is all but complete. These logs detail his power, and the cautious alliance that must be formed to stop him.

Part 1: Lord of Apokolips[]

- Region: Darkseid's War Factory
- Location: In the room of the first fight on top of the central pillar
- Investigation: Superman: "Darkseid is a threat to every living being in the universe. He rules his world of Apokolips with an iron first, and has destroyed countless other worlds. He seeks to enslave all living things, and destroy the ones with strength to resist. Darkseid is one of the greatest enemies I have ever faced, both physically and mentally."
Part 2: Power of the Source[]

- Location: After the room with the first two bosses, at the beginning of the hallway
- Investigation: Lex Luthor: "The Source is believed to have created the "New Gods". Some even say it is the reason why we have superhumans on Earth. There are those that believe it even created all life. I believe in science, and that the Source is hoarding infinite power and knowledge. Unfortunately, that power is blocked off by the Source Wall; an impenetrable force that imprisons any who dare touch it. Perhaps I can convince someone to touch it for me..."
Part 3: The Anti-Life Equation[]

- Location: In the third room at the far wall to the right
- Investigation: Lex Luthor: "While researching the Source, I came across another tool of extreme power: the Anti-Life Equation. Learning that equation is the primary goal of Darkseid, and he believes it lives in the sunconcious of humans. The Anti-Life Equation would allow Darkseid to dominate the free will of any living being... I can't let power like that end up in the hands of some alien."
Part 4: Darkseid's Endgame[]

- Location: At the entrance to the hallway between the third and fourth room in a corner
- Investigation: Superman: "Ever since Darkseid started another war against New Genesis, we've been trying to stop him from stealing Old God artifacts. We've fought hard, but it hasn't been enough. Now Darkseid has what he wants, and I'm afraid he is even closer to learning the Anti-Life Equation. Right now he's in his war factory. We have to stop him before it's too late."
Part 5: Reluctant Allies[]

- Location: At the exit of the hallway between the third and fourth room
- Investigation: Lex Luthor/Superman: "Honestly, Superman, if I had a dollar earning compound interest for every time you came asking for my help, I could close LexCorp and retire on a beach in Tahiti. -- Lex, in this fight we are on the same side. I know you care about Earth as much as I do. We need to work together now, so we can finally take Darkseid down! Besides, your head would get sunburned in Taihiti."
Part 6: Enemy of my Enemy[]

- Location: At the left end of the surrounding hallway of the fourth room
- Investigation: Lex Luthor/Superman: "So, now you're a comedian? Between you and Oracle's bad jokes, I can see why so many people are willing to work for the bad guys. As for Darkseid, you can believe I'm with you on destroying him. Just don't stand in my way. -- See you at the Apokolips, Luthor."
