Cybernetic Luthor is a member of the Council of Luthor which aims to counter the actions of the Council of Batmen.
One of the many anomalies that arose as a result of Future Batman and Future Lex Luthor's conflict, this Luthor suffered severe injuries which saw him turning to cybernetics to compensate. He now believes his cybernetics make him superior to humankind. He uses an energized Shield in combat.
