Subdue Prisoners in Sectors 1 or 2[]
Go to the Eastern part of the Restricted Area. You must defeat 9 prisoners from the Artic Gang and/or the Hemlock Gang. They can be found on the First to Second Floors in Sectors 1 and 2. You may find Grodd's Emissaries in the mission area, but they don't count for the objective.
Subdue Gang Leader in Sector 1 or 2[]
Once you defeat 9 prisoners, leaders of both gangs will spawn in the area. Hemlock Leaders can be found in Sector 1, while Artic Leaders can be found in Sector 2. Defeat any of them to complete the mission.
Warning: the gang leaders only become visible to players that are tracking the Cleaning the Yard mission in their journal.
