Bounty: The Crime Syndicate is a weekly bounty mission for heroes and villains in the Earth 3 Gotham area.
The event instance is free for all players and requires level 10. The episode instance requires the Earth 3 episode and a combat rating of 207+.
The mission can be started by picking it up from the GCPD Officer Snart in the safe zone.

Johnny Quick can be found southwest of Earth 3 Gotham.
Owlman can be found north of Earth 3 Gotham.
Superwoman can be found southeast of Earth 3 Gotham.
Ultraman can be found east Near a statue of him in Earth 3 Gotham.
You don't really need to defeat them. It's more like you halve their health and then they retreat.
