Trivia

Until game update 115 this vendor could not repair gear.

Since game update 43 and the introduction of Legends PvE all former marketplace-only avatars are also available from the in-game vendors on a per character basis.

From March 2016 to May 2016 this vendor also sold the Batman vs. Superman movie poster base items. These had to be removed due to licensing issues. Whether they will return is uncertain. For the same reason Exobyte Data: Supergirl - TV Series Costume had to be removed.
