Avarice Impurity is a Tier 3 4-player hero Operation in the War of the Light Part II Episode.
Hal Jordan traveled to Mogo in response to a distress signal, but there has been no word from him since he left! Get to Mogo and investigate.
Act 1[]
The operation starts at Mogo's Command Center. Orange Lanterns have overrun the Sentient Planet, so you must clear them out. After you clear out all the Orange Lanterns, you'll find Hal Jordan in the east room, where Avaricious Penguin is guarding him. Defeat him, then free Hal Jordan. He tells you that Larfleeze is at the Oa Central Power Battery trying to infect it with the Citrine mist, so you must travel there to stop him.
Act 2[]
You arrive at Oa, and you must get to the Central Power Battery to intercept Larfleeze. You fight mobs of Orange Lanterns on the way and the second subboss, Avaricious Lex Luthor. You then proceed to the upper level, and reach Larfleeze. At the start of the fight, he cannot be damaged. To remove his shield, you must enter the Battery and neutralize the Citrine Mists found it there. Glomulus is also inside the battery, and will try to stop you. Larfleeze's shield is brought down after you neutralize enough Citrine mists. After Larfleeze is defeated, he retreats. And Hal Jordan thanks you for helping defend the Central Power Battery.
