Objective[]
- Gather the components, then return to an R&D station to assemble the Rudimentary Runic Leggings
- Speak with the Phantom Stranger in the Watchtower
Walkthrough[]
The mission can only be started by obtaining and using a Codex: Runic Leggings item.
Once you have started the mission, go to a R&D station and check the last entry under the Assembly tab. There is a temporary plan on how to build the Rudimentary Runic Leggings.
