A Just Reward: Runic Helm is a possible reward mission for heroes obtainable by using a Codex: Runic Helm item. It requires The Hand of Fate DLC.

Your commitment to maintaining the balance has garnered the approval of the Phantom Stranger. Use the knowledge you've acquired to create the foundation for a mystical Runic Helm. Once you've assembled the proper components, he will sanctify the item, and bestow it with great power.
Objective[]
- Gather the components, then return to an R&D station to assemble the Rudimentary Runic Helm
- Speak with the Phantom Stranger in the Watchtower
Walkthrough[]
The mission can only be started by obtaining and using a Codex: Runic Helm item.
Once you have started the mission, go to a R&D station and check the last entry under the Assembly tab. There is a temporary plan on how to build the Rudimentary Runic Helm.
