- Gather the components, then return to an R&D station to assemble the Rudimentary Hand Runes
- Speak with Phantom Stranger in the Watchtower
Walkthrough[]
The mission can only be started by obtaining and using a Codex: Hand Runes item.
Once you have started the mission, go to a R&D station and check the last entry under the Mission-Related category in the Assembly tab. You'll find a temporary plan to build the Rudimentary Hand Runes.
