- Have Scoops take action pics of you battling an Escaped Experiment.
- Discover who is responsible for the hysteria in Metropolis.

You need to equip the Scoops trinket Jimmy Olsen provides and activate it while you are doing the daily and weekly missions in BoP: Metropolis. Scoops will stay available until you finish the mission, thus you don't need to necessarily do all on one day.
- Battle Rioters happens during either the On the Hunt mission (heroes) or the Crime Spree mission (villains)
- Spread Ivy's cure happens during the I Need a Botanist! mission
- Rescue Cats happens during the Animal Rescue mission
- Battling an Escaped Experiment happens during the An Escaped Experiment mission
Stuff which can be done/triggered outside the missions like e.g. rescuing cats or battling the metahuman experiment will count as well for this mission.
